2 Piece Set consists of  Boutique Clothing Capri length pants and a gorgeous "Twirl Top" created with fabric from the "Barefoot Roses" Collection by Tanya Whelan, it is to die 4!  The colors are so pretty, powdery blue and deep pink background with vintage looking roses are scattered throughout. The straps are a ruffled, giving the appearance of being a "ruffled capped sleeve", making this Boutique Clothing Twirl Top so feminine and girlie! There is a lot of twirl power here!
The pants have an elastic waistband, allowing your little to grow and also take off easily. The fabric is the coordinate to Tanya Whelan's Barefoot Roses Collection, in a beautiful powdery blue color. They also feature a very full ruffle at the lower leg of the capri pants!
