How much are Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges vary by the amount of items in your cart. Orders over $200.00 qualify for free shipping. You have your choice of either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. When using UPS Ground, insurance is included in the cost. Items are shipped within 48-72 hours of payment received, Monday thru Friday. There is no handling fee for any item you have ordered. You will receive email notification when your order is processed and shipped.
Payment Information ~ We accept payment thru Paypal and also Visa/Mastercard. You should receive an email from us confirming your order, but, if you do not, will receive one when your item is shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order! If you file a claim with Paypal before this time frame and do not contact us, your order will be cancelled.
Should you prefer not to use Paypal, use can also check out using Mastercard or Visa. Again, you will receive notification when your order is ready to ship. Should you have any questions prior to placing an order, please feel free to email us, we will respond promptly within 24-48 hours, depending on the volume of emails received daily! Thank you!
Do you accept/design custom orders?
Yes ~ we take custom orders for most of our products & are happy to try to accommodate special requests. Please allow approximately 3 weeks, not including shipping time, for your order to be completed from the date that final measurements are received.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We love to gift wrap! All our products will arrive gift wrapped for a nominal fee. We can even send your purchase to the recipient for you, complete with gift tag & your personal message. If you would like this service please contact us for more details.
Do you use new chenille?
All clothing is handcrafted, using Vintage Chenille and new designer fabrics. All chenille and fabrics have been prelaundered to prevent shrinkage or fading. Please be aware that the chenille is vintage, and therefore has been previously loved. Items are created using the highest quality Vintage Chenille available.
Do you accept returns or issue credits?
No ~ Most of my items are one-of-a-kind, please measure carefully before purchasing or placing your custom order.
Do you have a Newsletter?
Yes ~ If you sign up for my monthly newsletter, you will receive special discounts for shopping, don't miss these "Special" specials for my customers on the mailing list. Just click the "Newsletter/Mailing List tab on the left and fill out the required information.
Do you attend shows/craft markets?
Yes ~ please view our Events Calendar for current show dates!
What is the little envelope at the bottom of each item listed?
Use this to email an item to someone you think might be interested! A small window will pop up, just fill the appropriate information in each box, you can also send a copy to yourself! It's simple and easier than copying and pasting the link!
Do You Sell Wholesale?
Yes ~ we do sell wholesale! Just click on the wholesale button and fill out the required information, along with your Business name, address, Tax ID Number and business telephone number. If accepted, we will send you wholesale information. We do offer territorial rights within a zip code!
